Application-oriented robotics: Foundations
The use of robots is expanding beyond traditional industry into various areas: smart cities, care and health, crafts, small series production, construction, mobility and gastronomy. This requires the right scenarios, processes and requirements from the respective application domains.

The module provides basic knowledge about robots, application scenarios and processes, sensors and actuators, peripherals and digital pipelines, design-for-manufacturing-and-assembly (DfMA) and programming.
